Responsibilities

• Proficiency in Web Design and Graphic Design skills.
• Ability to create and optimize graphics to enhance website aesthetics.
• Knowledge of responsive web design principles for seamless user experiences across devices.
• An expert understanding of content management systems (CMS), particularly WordPress.
• Capability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating excellent time management and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity, with a passion for delivering high-quality design solutions
• Collaborate with the HR Manager and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and goals.
• Conduct a comprehensive assessment of our current WordPress website, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
• Experience with front-end development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Develop a detailed project plan outlining the scope of work, milestones, and timelines.
• Customize and integrate plugins, themes, and other third-party tools to enhance website functionality.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, responsiveness, and overall performance optimization.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve any issues or bugs.
• Provide training and support to internal team members as needed.
• Proficiency in SEO best practices is a plus.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Website Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful WordPress projects.
• Proficiency in WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web development languages and tools.
• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and SEO best practices.
• Experience with website optimization techniques to improve speed, performance, and security.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Experience working in the oil and gas industry or with recruiting agencies is a plus.
