• Ensure websites are operational, secure, responsive, and accessible at all times.
• Monitor website performance, uptime, and availability.
• Implement website updates, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Manage website hosting environments, SSL certificates, and domain configurations.
• Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures.
• Develop, customize, and maintain website features and functionality.
• Design and implement web pages that comply with the University branding guidelines.
• Optimize websites for mobile devices and cross-browser compatibility.
• Improve user experience and website navigation.
• Manage content publishing workflows through the University CMS.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure website content is accurate, current, and relevant.
• Implement and maintain website security measures.
• Monitor websites for vulnerabilities, malware, unauthorized access, and cyber threats.
• Support integrations with SIS, LMS, library systems, payment gateways, email, authentication services, APIs, and third-party web services.
• Implement SEO best practices and monitor website analytics.
• Provide technical support, documentation, and CMS training to content contributors.
• Participate in web-related projects and digital transformation initiatives.
