Web Development Instructor at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers

Responsibilities

• Prepare for class, prepare the class before the student comes in
• Administer and ensure firm, fair, and consistent class control
• Provide all students with high-quality teaching
• Maintain knowledge of all new trends and recommend improvements to assist students
• in the learning/teaching process
• Perform regular assessments of students, and evaluate the performance
• Design and update all instructional materials for IT programs or courses and recommend
• updates to instructional materials
• Maintain and prepare updates of all records of students you are teaching
• Maintain instructional facilities used for training and ensure the safety of students
• Research and recommend learning systems
• Conduct specific training for the trainee
• Give projects to students to test what has been learned
• Evaluate the effectiveness of each training session.

Requirements:

• BSc/HND in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics or its equivalent
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, Bootstrap, and Python
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good organization and multi-tasking abilities
• Post NYSC experience in teaching will be an added advantage.
