Job Summary

• We are currently seeking a high-level and creative Website Designer and webmaster to join our team. As a Website Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing visually stunning websites that meet our client's specific requirements.
• You will work closely with our cross-functional teams and sometimes directly with clients to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality websites.

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive websites that are optimized for various devices and browsers.
• Utilize HTML, CSS, and PHP to customize and enhance website functionality.
• Execute effective email campaigns to engage our audience and clients.
• Conduct weekly website backups to ensure data integrity and security.
• Perform regular security checks and address any technical issues promptly.
• Provide technical support for website-related issues and server maintenance.
• Document work, analyze website details and create reports.
• Identify and implement solutions to enhance website performance.
• Stay up to date with the latest design tools, techniques, and industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Web Development, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in website administration and design.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining WordPress websites.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Javascript and PHP.
• Strong experience with Elementor, Bold Builder and other Page builders.
• Familiarity with server management and maintenance
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Fluent CRM, AWS).
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to address technical issues efficiently.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and proactively address website-related challenges.
• Strong attention to detail in website design and troubleshooting.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and industry best practices.
• Collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with the team to redesign and rebuild existing websites for improved aesthetics and functionality.
