Web Admin/Digital Marketer at Total Child School

JOB SUMMARY

The Digital Marketer/ Web Admin is a person who manages the web operations and is responsible for maintaining the organisations website, creating tools and content for stakeholders engagement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Digital Marketing

• Responsible for the planning, design, development & content management. 
• Develop and expand organisation’s web presence through social media, email, web advertising and other online sources.
• Search engine optimisation
• Website Analytics.
• Coordinate with other marketing team members to ensure active promotions and campaigns are represented on the website.

I.T Support 

• Provide technical support to website users and address any issues that might arise.
• Responsible for the maintenance of the website by ensuring that it is functioning properly.
• Security management. Responsible for securing the website against security threats and breaches like hacking, malware etc.

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree from any recognised tertiary institution.
• Knowledge of website design, development, tools and programming.
• Knowledge of content management systems (CMS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft office packages
• Working knowledge of cyber security.
• Understanding of SEO, Database management server and other related aspects.
• Organisational skills.
• Attention to detail.
