Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Weapon Technician / Gunsmith Manager to oversee the maintenance, inspection, compliance, and management of technical personnel responsible for authorized defense and security equipment.
• The successful candidate will ensure that all activities are conducted in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, organizational policies, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise technical staff and coordinate departmental activities.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and quality assurance procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and safety requirements.
• Maintain accurate technical records, inventories, and documentation.
• Conduct inspections and audits to ensure equipment readiness and compliance.
• Manage departmental budgets, resources, and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams.
• Train and mentor technical personnel on safety, quality, and compliance standards.
• Prepare management reports and recommendations for process improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Technical Management, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant technical and supervisory experience.
• Applicant must have at least (two)2 years experience
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance, safety management, and quality systems.
• Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
• Professional certifications relevant to the role are an advantage.
