Wealth Manager at Digitvant Microfinance Bank

• We are seeking a highly skilled and client focused Wealth Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing personalized financial advisory services, managing investment portfolios, and building long term relationships with High Networth and Emerging Affluent clients. This role requires strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of financial markets and wealth creation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and manage High Networth and Emerging Affluent clients.
• Provide expert financial advisory and develop customized wealth management plans.
• Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments for clients.
• Manage and monitor client investment portfolios to ensure alignment with financial goals.
• Recommend suitable investment products and wealth building opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular reviews and communication.
• Stay updated on market trends, investment products, and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Risk, Compliance, etc.) to ensure quality service delivery.
• Achieve individual and team targets, including AUM (Assets Under Management) and revenue goals.
• Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations for clients and management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field (Master’s or MBA is an advantage).
• Professional certifications such as CFA, ACCA, ICAN, CWM, or similar are an added advantage.
• Minimum of 3–5 years experience in wealth management, investment advisory, private banking, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of financial instruments, investment strategies, and market dynamics.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of managing client portfolios and meeting sales targets.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and client centric attitude.
