Job Description

• Identify and engage prospective clients, primarily individuals and businesses to determine their needs and concerns and sell the company’s investment products.
• Leverage your network and previous banking experience to grow the company’s client base.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to present and explain investment opportunities through available channels, such as phone, email, etc.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive outreach, referrals and client engagement.
• Follow up on referrals and qualifying leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, oversee all the aspects of the sales process while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Act as the point of contact for clients, providing them with timely updates, guidance, and support always.
• Foster trust and credibility by offering financial advice tailored to clients' needs.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, detailing progress and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in direct sales or relationship management,
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Excellent customer relationship management abilities.
• Knowledge of investment products and financial markets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Goal-oriented and self-driven.
