Identify and engage prospective clients, primarily individuals and businesses to determine their needs and concerns and sell the company’s investment products.
Leverage your network and previous banking experience to grow the company’s client base.
Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to present and explain investment opportunities through available channels, such as phone, email, etc.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive outreach, referrals and client engagement.
Follow up on referrals and qualifying leads.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, oversee all the aspects of the sales process while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Act as the point of contact for clients, providing them with timely updates, guidance, and support always.
Foster trust and credibility by offering financial advice tailored to clients' needs.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, detailing progress and areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in direct sales or relationship management,
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
