As the Wealth Adviser, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing investor relationships, growing Assets Under Management (AUM), and delivering tailored investment solutions while ensuring exceptional client experience and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
Acquire and manage relationships with high-net-worth and mass affluent investors
Build and grow a personal AUM portfolio through client acquisition, referrals, and networking
Present investment products and provide tailored financial solutions based on client needs
Ensure full compliance with KYC requirements and regulatory standards
Maintain accurate client records, pipeline activities, and investor communications using CRM tools.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
Professional certifications such as CFA, CISI, CIPM, or equivalent are an added advantage
3-5 years experience in wealth management, private banking, investment advisory, or financial services
Strong understanding of Nigerian capital markets, fixed income products, and SEC regulations
Excellent communication, relationship management, and business development skills.
