Warranty Advisor
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 3 - 5 years
- Location Abuja , Lagos , Rivers
- Job Field Finance / Accounting / Audit
Key Responsibilities / Knowledge / Skills
- Apply the dealership warranty and goodwill policy and procedures correctly to achieve highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Submit accurate and goodwill claims on a daily and weekly basis.
- Monitor daily and weekly reports and ensure compliance with company’s policy and industry guidelines amongst others.
Qualifications / Experience
- B.Sc. in relevant discipline plus 3-5 years relevant experience and extensive knowledge of computer applications.
