Warehouse Supervisor at TDiLife

Job Duties / Responsibilities / Accountabilities

• Direct and coordinate organization's financial and budget activities to fund operations, and increase efficiency.
• Manage the movement of goods into and out of warehouse facilities.
• Chalking out or improve operational systems, processes and best practices that guarantee organizational well-being, purchase materials, plan inventory and ensure warehouse efficiency.
• Coordinate/supervise all Ibadan staff and their activities (Order Management).
• Ensure quality of products being received.
• Liaison with top management in the development of strategic plans for operational activity.
• Implement and manage operational plans.
• Ensuring that all orders are logged in dynamics.
• Uploading and reconciling inventory reports.
• Ensuring rebates credit notes are generated and management is informed.
• Monitoring logged orders till they are delivered in the warehouse.
• Updating OPM order status report.
• Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals.
• Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures.
• Oversee the activities of other team members.
• Any other duties that may be assigned to you as and when due by the management.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field with 3 - 5 years work experience.
