Warehouse Operations Administrator at Omefreight Logistics Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the receipt, storage, handling, and dispatch of telecommunications equipment.
• Manage inbound and outbound warehouse activities.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile physical stock with system records.
• Prepare and verify goods receipt notes, dispatch documents, and delivery records.
• Monitor stock movements and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and operations teams.
• Support regular stock counts and inventory reporting.
• Ensure proper documentation, accountability, and efficient daily warehouse operations.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in warehouse administration, inventory management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and record-keeping skills.
• Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse procedures.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accountability.
• Experience handling telecommunications equipment is an advantage.
