Warehouse Officer at Ajoke Group Limited

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient workflow and timely order processing.
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, supplies, and products.
• Coordinate storage, organization, and retrieval of inventory to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, and dispatching of goods according to company standards.
• Maintain up-to-date inventory records and conduct regular stock counts or cycle counts.
• Monitor warehouse equipment and coordinate maintenance or repairs when needed.
• Enforce safety protocols, cleanliness, and compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with procurement, logistics, and production teams to support operational needs.
• Prepare and submit reports on inventory, stock movements, and warehouse performance.
• Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and support training and development.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Handle documentation such as delivery notes, invoices, stock transfer forms, and system entries.
