Warehouse Manager at Zaron Group of Cosmetics

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch.
• Ensure proper warehouse organization and efficient space utilization. Supervise loading and unloading of goods to ensure accuracy and prevent damage.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely stock updates. Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits.
• Monitor stock levels and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
• Ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch of orders. Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams for efficient deliveries.
• Supervise, train, schedule, and manage warehouse staff.
• Enforce discipline, productivity, SOPs, and operational procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
• Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance and inventory status.
• Utilise Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) where applicable.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification.
• 2-4 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory and warehouse management.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory/ERP systems is an advantage.
