Warehouse Manager (Vehicle Warehouse Operations) at CIG Motor Ltd

Job Summary:

• The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operations of the vehicle warehouse, ensuring efficient inbound, outbound, storage, safety, and inventory control of vehicles. The role ensures standardised warehouse processes, optimal space utilization, and seamless coordination with sales and logistics teams to guarantee timely vehicle delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily vehicle warehouse operations, including inbound inspection, parking planning, and outbound dispatch.
• Develop and continuously improve warehouse management systems, processes, and operational standards.
• Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure book-to-physical accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for operational efficiency.
• Implement vehicle protection and safety measures, including fire prevention and theft control.
• Coordinate closely with sales, logistics, and related departments to ensure timely vehicle handover.
• Prepare periodic warehouse operations reports, analyse inventory data, and recommend improvements.
• Lead the warehouse team, including staff scheduling, training, supervision, and performance evaluation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Warehouse Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ warehouse management experience, with at least 3 years in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and vehicle logistics processes.
• Excellent organizational, coordination, and team leadership skills.
• Strong safety awareness and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure with high attention to detail
