Warehouse Manager at Revenstrat Integrated Services

Job Overview

• We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations for our retail store in Ikeja.
• The ideal candidate will have proven retail warehouse management experience and be responsible for inventory control, staff supervision, and maintaining efficient warehouse processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing of merchandise
• Manage inventory control systems to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies
• Supervise and train warehouse staff while monitoring performance and productivity
• Implement and maintain safety standards and procedures in the warehouse
• Coordinate with retail floor management to ensure timely replenishment of merchandise
• Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems for maximum efficiency
• Manage relationships with logistics providers and delivery services
• Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures
• Conduct regular inventory audits and prepare reports for management
• Oversee warehouse equipment maintenance and requisition new equipment as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience, with at least 3 years in a retail environment
• Experience in a retail store is important
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing warehouse teams
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse management software
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with health and safety regulations in warehouse settings
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
