Key Responsibilities

• Management of warehouse operations at the Regional Hub
• Continuous increment of operational effectiveness & efficiencies
• Ensuring a very safe environment
• Secure, distribute, track and manage inventory
• Management, inspiration & disciplining of the Warehouse staff
• Management of all relevant performance metrics.
• Leveraging information systems, equipment and software to foster effective forecasting, planning, programmes execution & reporting.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations and standards guiding warehousing & logistics
• Maintenance, deployment & provision of prompt & accurate data. Etc

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years Warehousing & Logistics operations experience
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Warehouse Manager in reputable organisations.
• Minimum of a B.Sc. degree in a relevant discipline.
• A strong, highly focused & self-driven leader
• A strong, assertive but amiable team-player.
• A highly disciplined & honest personality
• Very strong Analytical skills
• Good Communication skills
• High proficiency in well-known ERP packages.
