• We are seeking an organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of inventory, staff, and warehouse operations, ensuring that products are stored and distributed in an accurate, timely, and cost-effective manner.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods and materials in the warehouse.
• Ensure proper inventory management practices are followed to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in the warehouse.
• Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and workflows to optimize operations.
• Conduct regular stock checks, manage inventory audits, and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain and organize warehouse equipment and tools to ensure operational efficiency.
• Work closely with the logistics and procurement teams to manage inventory levels and ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics.
• Proficient in warehouse management software and inventory systems.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate inventory.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and the ability to implement them in the warehouse.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
