Warehouse Manager at Cropsafe Agro Services Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations and ensure accurate inventory control
• Oversee proper storage, handling, and movement of agro products and materials
• Implement and enforce warehouse safety, hygiene, and operational standards
• Supervise warehouse staff, allocate tasks, and ensure productivity
• Monitor inbound and outbound deliveries for timely dispatch
• Maintain stock records, generate reports, and support audit processes
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Agriculture, or a related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in warehouse or operations management (agro or FMCG preferred)
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and best practices
• Proficiency in inventory software such as Sage or SAP
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and coordinate multiple activities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
