Warehouse Manager at Cormart Nigeria Limited

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Implement and maintain efficient inventory control systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff to improve productivity and performance.
• Monitor stock levels and conduct regular inventory audits.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs and increase efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 – 7 years experience in warehouse management, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and safety regulations
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
