Warehouse Executive at Smartflow Technologies Limited

Job Description

• Keeping records of items shipped, received from the project site, or transferred to other warehouse locations.
• To find, sort, or move goods within different parts of the warehouse.
• To compile reports on various aspects of changes in production or inventory.
• To ensure the store is well organized, to maintain the neatness and tidiness of the warehouse.
• To check the materials thoroughly for quality, quantity & any specific condition.
• To develop and implement a (proactive) tools maintenance program.
• To ensure that maintenance reports are drafted properly.
• To ensure goods which go out and come in from time to time are tracked properly.
• To ensure proper authorization for all goods entering and leaving the warehouse
• To input supplies into the warehouse inventory system and to check for accuracy.
• To ensure that all tool maintenance operations are done in accordance with company policy and OSHA guidelines.
• Coordinate with the OHS coordinator and investigate all reported incidents (near-misses and accidents)

Requirements

• B.Sc. / HND in any discipline
• 0 - 1 year post NYSC experience
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety will be an added advantage.
