Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site Warehouse Associate role based in Benin City.
• The Warehouse Associate will handle daily warehouse operations, including receiving deliveries, unloading products, verifying documentation, and organizing inventory.
• Responsibilities include packing and preparing orders for shipment, loading and unloading trucks, and ensuring products are stored safely and efficiently.
• The role also involves operating warehouse equipment, maintaining a clean and orderly work area, and following safety and quality standards. The Warehouse Associate will work closely with the logistics and operations teams to support accurate, timely movement of goods.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Shipping & Receiving, including checking documentation, verifying quantities, and organizing incoming and outgoing goods.
• Candidates should possess skills in Packing and Unloading to securely prepare products for shipment and efficiently unload deliveries.
• Candidates should possess skills in Forklift Operation and Pallet Jack use to move, stack, and retrieve materials safely within the warehouse.
• Basic understanding of warehouse safety procedures and ability to follow standard operating guidelines.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment is an advantage.
