Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator at Capsgain Solutions

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator to oversee the transportation, storage, and distribution of goods throughout the country. The Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.

Responsibilities:

• Transport new stocks from the shipping company to the warehouse.
• Count the newly received stocks and ensure they are all in good condition.
• Regularly dispatch stocks to delivery agents nationwide, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Conduct regular stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the sales and operations teams to forecast inventory needs and plan for new shipments
• Develop and maintain inventory management procedures to ensure accurate and efficient stock management
• Assist with the reconciliation of inventory discrepancies and provide recommendations to prevent future discrepancies

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in logistics,  inventory management or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other inventory management software..
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be a detail-oriented individual.
