The accountant will be responsible for day-to-day financial activities, including bookkeeping, financial analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting. They will ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies, as well as provide support during audits. The accountant will also collaborate with other departments and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
Required Experience / Qualifications / Skills
Minimum of 2nd Class degree in B.Sc. / HND in Finance, Accounting or any other related field (Membership of a recognized professional body i.e. ICAN, ACCA will be an added advantage
Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations
Experience in financial analysis and budgeting
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping
Ability to analyze and interpret financial data
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
