Volunteer Partnership Coordinator at Elim House Missions

Job Summary:

• The Volunteer Partnership Coordinator is essential in connecting the missionary organization with individuals, churches, community organizations, and stakeholders to expand its outreach and support initiatives. This role focuses on building relationships, coordinating partnerships, and promoting collaboration to enhance the mission\'s goal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build a Partnership Team: Actively seek volunteers who are passionate about supporting missionaries through the organization’s partnership team.
• Develop, Implement, and Monitor a Partnership Strategy for the Organization: Create comprehensive plans for partnerships, identifying target demographics and collaborations to maximize outreach efforts.
• Establishing Community Relationships: Build and maintain strong connections with individuals, local churches, mission houses, and faith-based organizations to enhance collaboration and resource sharing.
• Promoting Community Engagement: Coordinate initiatives that encourage participation from congregations and local communities, fostering a culture of service and support for missionaries.
• Monitoring and Evaluation: Collect feedback and assess the impact of partnership initiatives to continuously improve outreach efforts and strategies.

Qualifications:

• Experience in partnership development, community outreach, or project management, preferably in a missionary or nonprofit context.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse populations and stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
