    Virtual Sales Representative

    Description

    • As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and talented Virtual Sales Representative to join our team.

    Role Overview

    • As a Virtual Sales Representative at earlySTEMer, you will play a crucial role in driving customer acquisition. You will be responsible for attracting new customers through various channels, including social media, websites, email, WhatsApp, and digital advertisements. This position is remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere (Lagos-based).

    Responsibilities

    • Generate leads and convert them into customers through effective communication and relationship-building.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies by utilizing Social Media, Websites, E-Mail, WhatsApp, and Digital Advertising platforms to attract potential customers.
    • Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets
    • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations
    • Build and maintain relationships with customers
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize and enhance online presence and customer engagement.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
    • Provide information to potential customers, addressing inquiries and guiding them through the onboarding process.
    • Collaborate with the Admin team to ensure a seamless experience for customers.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in an online or technology-focused environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Familiarity with social media platforms, digital advertising, and online marketing.
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely.
    • Knowledge or interest in STEM education is a plus
    • Familiarity with Microsoft spreadsheet software and sales tools
    • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
