    VIP Marketing Officer

    Role: VIP Marketing Officer
    Industry: Gaming
    Location: Lagos ( Mainland)

    Key Accountabilities

    • Manages the remote and onsite VIP segment. 
    • Develop strategies to identify and close potential VIP segment hot spot for acquisition for the business. 
    • Serves as a point of escalation for VIP host enquiries.
    • Ensures VIP hosting schedule and coverage are timely and satisfactory.
    • Provides business visibility on activities and output from the VIP segment.
    • Organise and execute VIP events in tandem with hosts.
    • Reviews and provides feedback to internal teams and stakeholders including marketing, customer service and product teams on how to better identify and serve our VIPs.
    • Be the main point of contact for the full coordination -including purchase and delivery of exclusive gifts pre-assigned to selected  VIP Clients. 

    Other job duties as assigned 
    Event Management Skillset:

    • Responsible for every aspect of the event planning and gifting arrangements for  VIP Clients.
    • Coordinate from creation to delivery of the entire organization process of VIP events assigned by VIP Manager to ensure an outstanding delivery of  VIP events. 
    • Liaise with vendors, event venues and additional providers and stakeholders during the event planning process prior to delivery. 
    • Ensure  VIP Guests are provided an immaculate customer service -both upon arrival as well as throughout the event in a highly professional manner.
    • Conduct final inspections at the event venue on the day of the event to ensure everything adheres to the  VIP Clients’ standards.
    • Assess post- event success and submit feedback to VIP Manager after the delivery of every event.

    Job Specifications 

    • B.Sc. in any social science degree would be an advantage.
    • Minimum of five (5) years of previous experience in a sales, VIP Segment or customer facing management role.
    • Previous experience in customer facing high end retail, hospitality, Marketing, banking or gaming industry.
    • Experience in a luxury concierge environment is a plus.
    • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts. 
    • Excellent organizational and high-level customer service skills.
    • Possesses interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
    • Ability to effectively communicate in English, in both oral and written forms.
    • Excellent professionalism and ability to maintain strict confidentiality on company and guest information.
