Vessel & Terminal Coordination Support (Operations) at Workforce Group

• We’re seeking a detail-oriented operations professional to support seamless vessel berthing, sailing, and terminal coordination across Nigerian ports.

Key Focus Areas:

•  Liaising with vessel captains, terminals, port authorities (NPA, NIMASA) and internal teams
•  Managing vessel ETA data, cargo information, berthing plans, and sailing documentation
•  Ensuring timely NIMASA clearances, regulatory compliance, and fee processing
•  Monitoring reefers, manifests, and import documentation
•  Supporting cost control and operational reporting through TMS, VCI, and GVA guidelines
•  Participating in voyage and port performance meetings

What We’re Looking For:

•  HND/OND or equivalent qualification
•  Minimum 3 years’ experience in vessel operations or a shipping agency environment
•  Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
•  Proficiency in MS Office and operational systems
•  A strong team player with customer-service focus
