Van Sales Executive at TradeDepot

Who we want?

We are looking for goal-oriented and proactive individuals with great Influencing skills who have the right attitude and persona as well as the ability to drive sustainable retail business growth. You will be responsible for driving sales and managing a set number of retail outlets within an assigned territory. Ensures regular product supply, builds strong customer relationships, and helps grow outlet performance over time.

Basic Salary: ₦150,000/month

Performance Incentive: Up to ₦300,000/month

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage assigned retail outlets in the territory over time.
• Drive consistent sales growth and maximize outlet productivity.
• Drive company van to assigned routes for sales and deliveries.
• Load, deliver, and account for inventory accurately.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to boost sales.
• Maintain records of sales and inventory.
• Report market trends and customer feedback.
• Follow company policies, sales processes, and driving safety protocols.

Requirements:

• OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–3 years’ experience in van sales or a similar role.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with Lagos routes is an added advantage.
