Value Analyst - AI & Digitization at Dangote

Job Summary

• The Value Analyst - AI & Digitization will play a critical role in identifying, analyzing, and driving value through the implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) and digital transformation initiatives across the Dangote Cement Plc.
• This position involves collaborating with various teams to assess existing processes, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and leverage technology to optimize operations and increase efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of current business processes to identify opportunities for AI and digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain a framework for measuring the value and impact of AI and digitization initiatives across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, expectations, and deliverables for AI and digitization projects.
• Analyze data and produce detailed reports to support decision-making for technology investments and resource allocation.
• Stay updated on industry trends in AI, automation, and digitization to recommend best practices for implementation.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on AI tools and digital processes.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Provide recommendations and insights for continuous improvement initiatives in light of digital transformation strategies.

Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a similar role with a focus on AI and digital transformation.
• Proven experience in conducting data analysis and applying analytical methodologies to identify valuable business insights.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, tools, and frameworks.
• Familiarity with process automation tools and methodologies.
• Experience in project management and leading digital transformation initiatives.

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across diverse teams.
• Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Proficient in the use of data analysis software and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
• Understanding of the manufacturing industry and supply chain processes is an advantage.
