GoTwentySix is looking to hire an operations manager who will oversee the 360 operations of our valet services and ensure multiple areas are running smoothly and efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Organize, plan, and implement training when needed
• Ensure accurate scheduling of all employees and maintain proper staffing levels at all times
• Maintain valet operations according to standard policies and procedures
• Complete and present activity analysis and reports like shift reports, disciplinary reports, damage or claim reports, etc.
• Supervising all valet employees, including communicating schedules, verifying hours worked, and addressing any disciplinary issues that arise
• Monitor services rendered to clients and customers and ensure optimal satisfaction

Requirements:

• Must have valet management/supervisor experience
• Carry a valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record
• Be able to drive both manual and automatic vehicles
• Be available to work weekends, nights, and holidays
• Technical and computer skills in file management, communicating via email, data entry, and record-keeping
• Experience with parking management systems
