Valet Operations Supervisor at DriveMe.ng

Job Description

• Employ compliance strategies on all valet sites with physical check in every week.
• Create, implement and follow up on clock-in system for on site valet drivers
• Collate and report on ongoing activities and challenges on all valet sites via created channel (google form)
• Implement cost saving completion of the onboarding process for all new sites.
• Maintain and provide weekly report on asset log for all sites by following up with a regular check list
• Ensure compliance of valet drivers to DriveMe standards on appearance, code of conduct and service delivery
• Maintain and update valet drivers’ data and record on approved platforms.
• Consult with the driver academy about a professional driver training for all active valet drivers.
• Coordinate valet driver sourcing and onboarding and complete process with site assignment to onboarded drivers
• Implement customer surveys on all sites to collect and collate feedback towards customer retention.
• Increase driver pool size by recruiting and enrolling drivers
• Report on all driver disciplinary records and conflict resolution sheet
• Provide weekly and monthly reports to management on completed surveys carried out.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc. Degree with 1 - 3 years relevant work experience.
