Utility Technician at Dogan's Sugar Limited

Key Responsibilities
Air Conditioning Systems:

• Install, inspect and maintain air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and repair malfunctions in HVAC systems
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance on air conditioning units

Air Compressor:

• Perform regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
• Monitor and maintain optimal compressor performance.

ETO and RO Plants:

• Oversee the operation and maintenance of effluent treatment plants and reverse osmosis plants.
• Conduct routine checks and tests to ensure water treatment systems are functioning efficiently.
• Implement corrective actions to address any deviations from quality standards.

Generators Systems (500kva and 150kva):

• Inspect and maintain generators to guarantee reliable power supply
• Conduct regular load tests and inspections of generator systems
• Trouble shoot and repair generator malfunctions promptly

Utility Fittings:

• Install, repair and replace various utility fittings and components
• Ensure the proper functioning of valves, pipes and other utility-related equipment
• Respond to emergency utility issues and implement timely solutions
• Also attend to other plumbing works.

Competency and Technical skill requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience working in a similar role
• Must be vast in generators, compressors, air conditioning and UPS
• Good reporting writing skills will be an added advantage
• Proficiency in mechanical design and diagnostic testing software
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Operating hand and power tools, soldering and fault-testing equipment
• Ability to complete shift operations.
