Utility Operator / Technician at Sunlight Resources Limited

Responsibilities

• Handled DG UPTO 1500 KVA
• Operation & Maintenance of Genset min 1000 kva
• Operate and maintenance of chiller, UPS, Compressors, air dryers and air receivers.
• Operation & Maintenance of Nitrogen Plant min 50 CFm
• Operate and maintenance of generator and transformer
• Operate and maintenance of water system and test the water time to time.
• Make why analysis of equipment failure as per responsibility matrix and take corrective action, so that improve MTBF, and reduce MTTR improve efficiency
• Maintenance of Packing Machines and others
• Ensure optimal up time of power, fuel, water supply to run the plant.
• Ensure that utility system is operating efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain logs and records of all equipment performance, and prepare report to management on equipment condition, operational issues, and repair progress.
• Conducting safety inspections, on equipment’s, troubleshooting equipment issues, and prepare a report on system performance.
• .Follow the preventive maintenance schedule and act accordingly to achieve the goal towards Zero Wastage, Zero Breakdown, Zero Accident
• Coordinate with concern team for spear parts management.
• Monitor the bag conveyor and sealing machines and repaired on timely.
• Also, perform other duties as assigned by the MAINTENANCE MANAGER.

Qualifications

• Minimum educational standard: Trade Test, SSCE, OND, B.Sc. and HND in Engineering either Electrical or Mechanical related.
• Professional Membership in the Engineering Institute is an added advantage.
• Minimum of Three (3) years Upwards in similar roles (Electrical and Mechanical) experience majorly in Food and other Manufacturing Industries.
