Role Summary:

As a Urologist at our client's healthcare facility, you will specialize in diagnosing and treating diseases and disorders of the urinary tract and male reproductive system. You will perform surgeries, prescribe medications, and provide personalized care to patients with urological conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and diagnostic tests to assess patients' urological health.
• Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with urological conditions such as kidney stones, urinary tract infections, and prostate cancer.
• Perform surgical procedures including cystoscopy, prostatectomy, nephrectomy, and vasectomy.
• Prescribe medications, recommend lifestyle modifications, and provide patient education to promote urological health.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including oncologists, radiologists, and nephrologists, to coordinate multidisciplinary care for patients.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and outcomes.

Requirements:

• Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
• Residency training in Urology.
• Board certification or eligibility in Urology.
• Valid medical license to practice in Nigeria.
• Proven experience working as a Urologist, preferably in a hospital setting.
• Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of urological procedures and treatments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
