    Unit Head, Open Digital Support

    Job Description

    • Drive support for open banking APls and third party integrations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage API lifecycle and developer support.
    • Ensure security and compliance (PSD2, Open Banking Standards).
    • Troubleshoot integration issues.

    Key Qualifications and Competencies

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and Masters will be an addition.
    • 5+ years in digital channel support.
    • Experience with RESTful APIs and Oauth.
    • Knowledge of fintech and banking ecosystems
