Job Summary

• You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to transform ideas into engaging, functional interfaces that delight users.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and refine user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency and usability.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that align with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Maintain and evolve the design system for scalability and consistency.
• Stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve product experiences.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Social Science, or any field of study.
• 4-6 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and data-driven design.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a remote work environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
