UI / UX Designer (Intern) at Aitechma

Key Role

• Research, design, and prototype the look and feel of websites and mobile application, making them more intuitive, easy to use, and aesthetically pleasing for the user.
• Apply UX principles, theories, and concepts and limited industry knowledge.
• Solve routine problems of limited scope and complexity and refer more complex issues to higher levels.
• Map user journeys across various marketing funnels and identify opportunities for optimizing the user experience

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
• 1 - 2 years work experience.

Skills We Are Looking For:

Preference will be given to candidates who have:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience designing a mix of consumer and enterprise products.
• Expertise in Figma and Adobe CC. Basic HTML, CSS, Android skills are a plus.
• Experience working and contributing to a shared library.
• Ability to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet our needs
• Understanding of responsive design.
• Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and quickly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions.
• Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and stakeholders, to regularly deliver design solutions for approval.
• Be passionate about resolving user pain points through great design.
• Be passionate about all things UX. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies.
• Design modern and sleek user interfaces.
• Experience creating and using style guides & UI Kits.
