As a UI/UX Designer at InEvent, you will design and shape unique, user-centric products and experiences. You will be responsible for translating user experience journeys into smooth and intuitive interactions, creating visually appealing and functional designs that meet our product vision and marketing goals.
Objectives
Develop functional graphics, digital proofing, UI/UX designs, and visual concepts that attract and inspire users.
Create and execute design plans that align with the company’s product vision and marketing objectives.
Support the design process by developing style guides and collaborating with other designers to fulfill client requirements.
Assist the marketing team in creating visual assets like landing pages, websites, mockups for videos and animations, advertisements, brochures, flyers, and catalogues.
Responsibilities
Design navigation-friendly wireframes, websites, and mockups that are usable, persuasive, and visually appealing.
Create user-friendly graphics and layouts for websites.
Develop custom CSS pages and application mockups for videos and motion graphics.
Design responsive templates for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and tablets.
Design and implement website layouts, logos, and branding that align with brand values and target audiences.
Suggest and execute a cohesive visual brand strategy for the company’s website, blog, social media channels, and other digital assets.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends in website design and provide periodic benchmarks.
Required Skills And Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a junior web designer or graphic designer.
A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in previous web design projects.
Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout design, and usability principles, particularly for websites.
Proficiency in graphic design, art, and psychology, with a keen sense of how different elements work together on a web page.
Creative thinking with excellent visual communication skills, multimedia skills, and computer proficiency.
Practical knowledge of design tools, such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or Sketch.
Familiarity with website development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Competency in handling content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
Experience with responsive design, UI/UX interface design, and user experience design principles.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
