UI / UX Designer at Greenwich Registrars & Data Solutions

Job Overview:

• We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team.
• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• The UI/UX Designer will work closely with cross-functional teams to create engaging user experiences, from concept to execution.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance user experiences.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging design technologies.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc).
• Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices.
• Experience working in an agile development environment.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or any related field.

Preferred Skills:

• Animation and motion design skills.
• Experience with user testing and usability studies.
• Familiarity with design systems.

Optional Skills (Added Advantages):

• Front-end development knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
