TypeScript NestJS Backend Developer Intern at LearnlyApp

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the development team to design and implement backend solutions using NestJS and TypeScript.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following coding standards and best practices.
• Work on the integration of various data sources and databases.
• Create RESTful APIs and ensure they are secure and efficient.
• Participate in code reviews to provide and receive constructive feedback.
• Debug and resolve issues, ensuring the performance and reliability of backend systems.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new technologies when necessary.
• Document code and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Strong foundation in TypeScript and Node.js.
• Basic knowledge of NestJS or similar backend frameworks.
• Understanding of RESTful API design principles.
• Familiarity with database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Knowledge of containerization and Docker.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Understanding of software testing and test-driven development (TDD) principles.
