• Must be conversant with provisions relating to the duties of a Trustee in trust transactions

JOB REQUIREMENTS / SPECIFICATION

• Must be currently engaged in any of the following capital market entities:
• TRUSTEE COMPANY -Should be as a Trust Officer in a Trustee company- a minimum of 3-5 years post NYSC experience.
• INVESTMENT BANKINC - Should have participated in public or corporate issues that involves a Trustees. Minimum of 5 years post NYSC experience.
• COMMERCIAL LAW FIRM- Must have been involved in drafting of commercial transaction documents and with clear understanding of duties of Trustees- minimum of 3-5 years post NYSC experience.
