Treasury Manager at Linkup Human Capital

About the Role

We are seeking a Treasury Manager to take ownership of our liquidity management, investment planning, and financial risk oversight. The successful candidate will play a critical role in optimizing cash flow, strengthening funding structures, and ensuring compliance with CBN guidelines and other regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily liquidity and cash flow to ensure smooth operations
• Develop and execute short- and long-term funding strategies for lending operations
• Manage asset-liability positions while mitigating financial and interest rate risks
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banks and funding partners
• Ensure full compliance with CBN and other regulatory requirements
• Provide regular cash flow, funding, and financial projections to the CFO and Executive team
• Lead treasury-related internal controls and prepare for audits

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 5–7 years in treasury/finance roles within a Microfinance Bank or financial institution
• Strong knowledge of public sector lending and its impact on liquidity planning
• Hands-on experience in cash management, ALM, and regulatory compliance
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and communication skills
• Proficiency in treasury software and financial systems
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
• Professional Certification (ACA, ACCA, CTP) is an added advantage
