The visa specialist is responsible for receiving and processing data/applications related to visas for all the applicants. Processing activities that may include but are not limited to quality check and processing of applications to institutions and embassies, identifying case problems, verification, and support for visa lodgments.
Additionally, they will work closely with key internal stakeholders to build Collaborative and alignment with strategic goals assigned within the center.
Responsibilities
Help clients identify their ideal travel package based on their suggests and requirements.
Study and assimilate all information regarding travel destinations such as prices, weather, language, currency, customs, etc.
Regularly maintain a good relationship with our students.
Provide end-to-end service while organizing a trip from booking the tickets, reserving the hotels and creating the itinerary.
Provide all relevant and essential information to the students regarding their travel.
Resolve any problem that arises regarding the trip for the customer.
Regularly update a database containing client details and their travel information.
Ensure this data is secured and handled appropriately.
Reach the sales and revenue targets.
Stay up to date on domestic and international travel trends.
Requirements
Knowledge of visa requirements for various countries.
Work experience within an education industry/shared services environment or freshers with a learning attitude.
Experience/ability to use computerized systems/databases to achieve work goals and tasks.
Experience within an international education-related role, preferably within an International Admissions environment.
Highly organized; able to prioritize and work to tight deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret and follow prescribed processes, recognizing when to seek additional guidance from more experienced team members.
A strong collaborator who works well with other teams in Admissions and the wider business. Openly shares information with others on a regular basis.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
