    Travel Consultant / Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are a bespoke travel management company with quality experience in the travel and tourism industry offering world-class travel services spanning across the globe. We offer a wide range of services such as ticketing (Domestic & International), hotel reservation, tour planning, destination and tour management, honeymoon packages, educational tourism and admission services, car rental services, travel insurance, medical tourism and visa assistance. Excellent service delivery and 24-hour customer service is our forte, as we derive fulfilment from the satisfaction of our customers.
    • The successful candidate will develop and be part of, which will be a vital component of the Company’s operations.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Exceptionally strong problem-solving analytical skills, with an ability to clearly define strategic issues and make tough decisions in the face of ambiguity and incomplete information.
    • Identify, analyse and suggest existing / current technology infrastructure that supports the system, growth of the company and specific needs.
    • Proactively identify and implement solutions to consistently improve service level and performance.
    • Use web data to identify travel trends (e.g., solo travel, eco travel, local experience, etc.) and use personalized content for targeting

    • Ability to book and issue Airline tickets seamlessly
    • Ensure conversion of all ticketing requests received
    • Render excellent and unparalleled customer services to all clients
    • Engage in key or targeted customer relations duties such as celebration of special days, timely reminders on travel dates, etc.
    • Deal with customer inquiries and complaints with the aim to meet and exceed their expectations.
    • Integrate new customers monthly
    • Reduce turnaround time for ticketing and reservation to the barest minimum
    • Exude speed and excellence on the job
    • Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly sales report.

    Qualification / Experience

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields
    • 4-6 years’ experience as a Travel Consultant
    • Certification by Amadeus & other GDS is a plus

    Job Requirements:

    • Ability to relate with internal and external stakeholders at various levels using diplomacy and tact.
    • Excellent Communication skills and attention to detail.
    • Exceptionally strong problem-solving analytical skills, with an ability to clearly define strategic issues and make tough decisions in the face of ambiguity and incomplete information.
    • Result oriented with regards to quality and productivity goal.
