Job Description

Tranter IT, in conjunction with Bullseye Digital Manpower (a training, manpower development, job placement and career management company), is organising a boot camp for Software Developers (Front End, Back End & Mobile App) Software engineers (Front End development, Back End development & Mobile App development [flutter, native]). We are looking for fresh graduates with a keen interest in Software Development.

This is a call to embark on a new career, develop skills, be trained, get a great job, and earn lots of money.

Training

We will deliver an intensive training program with varying durations of 3-12 months, where our software developers will learn both soft skills and full-stack software development. At the end of this training program which includes an agile delivery methodology, leadership, personal effectiveness and mentoring modules, you will be equipped with techniques that will enable and equip you to work competitively in any team, both locally and globally.

Projects

• You will be involved in real-life applications and projects to ensure you are well-equipped to design programs individually and in teams.

Placement

• At Bullseye, we will ensure that you are matched with our clients immediately after the training program to join their software development teams remotely, physically or in a hybrid work environment.

Internships

• There is an opportunity for a paid two months internship for you with some of our clients and partners.

Requirements for filling out and submitting an application

• Candidates should possess an HND/B.Sc. qualification
• Must have completed NYSC or have an NYSC exemption letter
• Must possess the drive to work hard and be an excellent software developer.
• Must be a fast learner and a team player with excellent cognitive and learning ability.
• Must demonstrate a high level of initiative.
• Must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Must possess a track record of exceptional academic and personal performance
• Must have a credible and verifiable referee and guarantor
