Transport & Logistics Executive at Mutual Benefit Assurance

About the Role:

• We are looking for a proactive, organized and detail-oriented Transport & Logistics Executive to support the efficient management of the Company's fleet and logistics operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating transport activities, monitoring fleet documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting logistics planning, and maintaining effective oversight of drivers and transport resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and monitor vehicle documentation, including licenses, insurance, registrations, roadworthiness certificates and other statutory requirements, ensuring timely renewals. 
• Coordinate transport and logistics activities, including staff movements, official assignments, and operational support to ensure efficient service delivery. 
• Maintain accurate fleet records, vehicle maintenance schedules and tracking reports to support effective fleet management. 
• Monitor driver performance, attendance, deployment, and compliance with safety standards, traffic regulations, and company policies. 
• Liaise with vendors, insurance providers, regulatory authorities and service providers while preparing reports to support efficient, compliant and cost-effective transport operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Transport Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline. 
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in transport, fleet administration and logistics operations.
• Knowledge of fleet management processes, transport regulations, and logistics coordination. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within established timelines
