Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of key clients across industries, ensuring all Transfer Pricing projects are delivered timely, accurately, and profitably.
Oversee the preparation and review of Transfer Pricing documentation (Local Files, Master Files, CbCR) in line with Nigerian TP Regulations and OECD standards.
Lead TP audits, dispute resolutions with the Tax Authorities.
Lead cross-border TP engagements across Africa, liaising with network firms and regional tax teams.
Provide strategic support to clients during Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAP) and APA negotiations.
Advise clients on managing TP exposures, controversy strategies, and risk mitigation in transactions and restructurings.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (B.Sc., B.A.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in any discipline.
Membership of ICAN, ACCA, or CITN.
Minimum of six (6) years of relevant work experience in Transfer Pricing.
Good logical reasoning, problem solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in the use of transfer pricing tools and databases.
