Transcriptionist - Kalabari at LXT

• We are seeking meticulous individuals to join our team as long form transcriptionists and reviewers.
• In this role, you will be responsible for accurately transcribing long form audio recordings into written text in your native language.
• Additionally, reviewers will ensure the accuracy of transcriptions through meticulous double checking of the original transcriptionist work.

Responsibilities

• Listen to and transcribe lengthy audio recordings into written text with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ensure transcripts are formatted correctly and adhere to specified guidelines.
• Reviewers will verify the accuracy of transcriptions by comparing them against the original audio, correcting any errors or discrepancies.

Requirements 

Proficiency in 

• Kalabari with excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to comprehend diverse accents and speech patterns.
• Previous experience in transcription or a related field.
• Detail oriented and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable Internet connection.
