Job Description

• We are looking for a passionate and skilled Training School Instructor to join our team.
• The role involves teaching new hires, interns, and technicians the essentials of mobile phone and device repairs, covering diagnosis, troubleshooting, hardware handling, and software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging technical training sessions (practical and theoretical) on mobile device repair and software issues.
• Design, update, and improve training materials and programs to meet organizational needs.
• Assess trainees’ progress and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Manage day-to-day training school operations, including scheduling and student coordination.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in training or technical instruction.
• Strong teaching, coaching, and facilitation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to design and refine training programs.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
